任职经历：
浙江大学管理学博士、金融学博士后，硕士生导师，浙江省工信产业发展研究院院长,浙江大学金融研究院、浙江省金融研究院高级研究员，浙江华柏资产管理公司、千岛湖啤酒公司等企业管理顾问。曾任嘉兴市秀洲区发改局副局长、党组成员，从事企业管理、互联网金融、电子商务及产业经济等方面的研究。为国家开发银行、默沙东制药、巨石集团、华立集团、济源农商行、华友钴业、民丰纸业、吉利集团、康盛股份、千岛湖啤酒、洁华控股、晶科能源、新澳股份、杭锅集团、双箭股份、桐昆集团、新凤鸣集团等近百家上市公司或大型企业做过管理咨询和培训。主持、参与浙江省省级及县市级政府研究课题五十多项，政府讲座近百场。在国内外核心刊物、国际会议发表学术论文数三十余篇，专著三部。
